Repeat prescription and delivery service
At Fields Pharmacy we provide a full prescription re-order and collection service.
We can re-order your repeat prescriptions from the surgery for you or, if you prefer, we can collect the prescription from the surgery after you have put in the repeat prescription request yourself.
If you want us to do the whole thing, all you need to do is to Register and leave your re-order form with us. Contact us at least 4 days before you need the prescription to ask us to submit it for you and your medication will then be ready for you to pick up at a time that is convenient to you or we can deliver it to you for free.
On the other hand, you can send in the re-order form to the surgery yourself indicating that it is to be collected by Fields Pharmacy and your medication will be ready for you to pick up or have delivered to you at your convenience.
We can provide this service for all local surgeries.
